Joe knows his business and works with a talented team. He personally staged our home for his professional photographer. The photos brought in a great many interested buyers. In fact, we had a signed contract for sale after only one week on the market. Joe is also a SUPERB NEGOTIATOR. My several interactions with Joe DeVito have always been professional, pleasant, and successful. He has gone out of his way to be helpful and accommodating. I first met Joe about 6 years ago when he was canvassing my old neighborhood for houses to sell. I told him I was looking to purchase a Co-Op, and intended to sell the house only after I found what I wanted to buy. My success with other realtors up until that point was nil, but Joe took the matter in hand and found exactly what I wanted. He handled that purchase, and the sale of my house flawlessly. Now, about 5 years later, my needs have changed and I need to move again. Of course I contacted Joe again, and he handled the purchase of my new apartment and the sale of my Co-Op without a hitch.
